We decided to sell our Mount Eden property in March this year after finding another house that better suited our needs (an Andre and Cheryl listing). We didn’t need to spend very much time at all before deciding to list with Andre and Cheryl, for the Mount Eden area it was obvious.

After every open home Andre and Cheryl ran for us, they were able to tell us the names, motivation and interest level of all the prospective buyers and constantly followed up to maintain high levels of interest.

We bought and sold recently, Andre Cheryl were the agents in both circumstances. Being overly optimistic we bought before selling! As agents acting for their vendor with highly strung pushy buyers (us) in the mix, we could see they were always clearly focused on achieving the best result for their client. Once we had bought we immediately asked them to sell our property (which was utterly unprepared for sale).
