I first met Cheryl Crane 7 years ago when my husband wanted to sell his beaten up old 1920’s bungalow. Cheryl was instantly helpful and enthusiastic about the property which I wasn’t expecting. As a long term resident in Paice Ave, I have had the opportunity to observe real estate activity in the area for more than 30 years. When it finally came time to sell my own property I had to make a choice amongst the array of agents out there as to whom I wanted to represent my home. After numerous approaches from other agents and companies we decided to list our Sandringham property with Harcourt’s Andre Coppell and Cheryl Crane as they were genuinely local and had been most straightforward, direct and realistic when they came round to assess our property.
