On the night of the auction you were brilliant in how you handled the final negotiation, always representing my best interests at every step. Never once did I feel that your interests in the transaction came first. And Andre did a fabulous job in conducting the auction and guiding the negotiations, as well. You make a great team.
Through the entire process you were patient, informative and responsive; and you operated at all times with grace and ease. The depth of your expertise was evident at every step of the way, and you willingly shared your knowledge with me.
